Return Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 90 days of your purchase. You will be given the choice between a complete refund of your order or an exchange

2. Our customer service will contact you within 48 hours to review and confirm the return procedure

3. Once your return is confirmed by our customer service, mail your return to:

4. Include in your package and the original receipt.

5. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will verify that these conditions are met are proceed with the refund or return accordingly.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order, or if the product is defective. Returned orders that do not meet our return policy could be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
